History and Philosophy

Who I Am
I was born in Alba, in the heart of the Piedmont hills, a place synonymous with gastronomic excellence. Since childhood, my life has been enriched by the aroma of sauce slowly cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen and long Sundays spent making fresh pasta with my family. These experiences are not just precious memories; they have become my inspiration and starting point.
With Gusto Semplice, I want to bring those same emotions to the streets, sharing the flavors of my land, prepared with high-quality ingredients and a love for tradition.
My philosophy: simplicity and quality.
The name “Gusto Semplice” perfectly reflects my philosophy. I firmly believe that when you use excellent raw materials, there’s no need for elaborate preparations. Simplicity allows the authentic flavors of the ingredients to shine.
Every dish I offer is prepared with care, using ingredients I know personally. My suppliers are small, trusted producers, often local artisans who share my passion for quality and respect for nature. From hand-made ravioli crafted with high-quality flour to Alba hazelnuts that enrich my desserts, everything is designed to give you the best.

What makes Gusto Semplice unique?
Unlike many food trucks, I know the story behind every single ingredient I use. I am not just a chef; I am an ambassador of Italian traditions.
I collaborate with farmers, winemakers, and artisans who, like me, believe that quality comes from care and passion.
Every dish tells a story:
Gusto Semplice: an Experience to Live

A Deep Connection with My Land
