I’m Mattia, from Alba, a land rich in culinary traditions. My food truck was born from a passion for good Italian cuisine, with the goal of bringing simple and authentic dishes straight into your hands.
I believe that simplicity is the secret to enhancing the true flavor of ingredients.
Each dish is made with carefully selected ingredients from producers I know personally. This way, I can guarantee the quality in every bite.
